Provenance: Dress purchased at auction
from a New England museum's de-accession lot.

1938 [Emery]". Also two linen tags stapled onto dress hem, "22.376
2 Emery".
Condition: Perfect.

Comments: Decorated in horizontal
and vertical bands of dense drawn work embroidery and cross stitched
